The competition in the Premier League is at its peak, and this season’s fight for the title and top four might be the toughest we’ve seen in many years.
Maurizio Sarri has done well with Chelsea so far, and the Blues are currently in third place, four points behind leaders Manchester City and two points behind Liverpool who are second on the table.
Tottenham and Arsenal are closely behind Chelsea, with Spurs one point behind and the Gunners four points behind.
Chelsea defeated Arsenal 3-2 in an entertaining game earlier this season, and Sarri has hailed Arsenal manager Unai Emery for his offensive organization of the Arsenal squad.
“Emery is a scholar and an excellent professional,” Sarri told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“The offensive organisation of his football is of the highest level.”
Sarri also revealed that he shares a similar philosophy with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, and explained that the Liverpool manager’s style is the closest to him in the Premier League.
Sarri added: “[Jurgen] Klopp is the one I feel closest from a philosophical point of view.
“The exchange of words between us seems to me to be exemplary.”
