Antonio Conte was sacked by Chelsea in the summer and replaced by Maurizio Sarri despite winning two trophies in two years during his time as Chelsea boss.

According to a report on The Telegraph, the Italian is interested in taking charge at rivals Manchester United at the end of the season.

Just like Jose Mourinho, Conte is seeking to manage Manchester United after being sacked by Chelsea.

Manchester United sacked former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho on Tuesday and appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as interim manager for the rest of the season.

Manchester United view Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino as their number one choice but Conte is interested in the job if the Red Devils fail to land the Argentine.

Conte is reportedly among the favourites should Manchester United fail to land Pochettino next summer and he is interested in the position.

Conte reportedly feels he was wrongly sacked by Chelsea and believes he has unfinished business in the Premier League.

Wanting to take a break and resolve the legal dispute surrounding his departure from Chelsea, Conte turned down the chance to manage Real Madrid but he expects to be ready to return to management in June and would be interested if offered the Manchester United job.
