Chelsea suffered defeat for the third time this season as Leicester City surprisingly beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea were the dominant side in the game, but Jamie Vardy’s 51st minute strike dealt a surprise loss for Chelsea.
“I think we played very well for 55 minutes, we played very good football,” Sarri told reporters after the 1-0 loss.
“After the goal the reaction was, for me, a strange reaction, not in the right direction, not as a team but as 11 different players and so it was very strange.
“I think we could have done better in the reaction. We only had to continue to play as in the first part of the match, there was time to score without a reaction as a team shocked, as a team in mental confusion.”
Sarri has now revealed that he has forgotten about the defeat to the Foxes and is focused on our next game against Watford.
“I started to think to the next match within an hour,” he explained. “I am not able to do anything else when we have lost a match like this.”
