Chelsea suffered a setback in our quest to finish in the top four after the 1-1 draw with Wolves at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The Blues wasted a good opportunity to put pressure on fourth-placed Manchester United and third-placed Tottenham with the draw against Wolves.
Raul Jimenez broke the deadlock on 56 minutes following a rapid Wolves counter-attack and just when many fans were beginning to fear the game would be lost, Eden Hazard curled the ball in from the edge of the area in injury time to earn Chelsea a point.
Hazard, who earned Chelsea a point, revealed after the game against Wolves that the players are disappointed not to beat Wolves. Hazard also believes Chelsea would have lost this type of game three months ago.
“Of course we are disappointed. We didn’t create a lot of chances and we moved the ball too slowly,” Hazard told Sky Sports.
“This type of game, maybe three months ago we’d have lost.
“The spirit is good. When we lost 6-0 to Manchester City, we said there were three or four months left and we have to try and finish in the top four.
“The players are a bit sad, because we probably could do better”
