Zidane’s appointment was confirmed on Monday as head coach at the club, just ten months after the Frenchman quit in the wake of winning Los Blancos’ third Champions League in a row.

“We will have plenty of time to chat and make those decisions come the end of the season when we plan for the new campaign.”

Hazard had claimed he has made a decision on his future but won’t reveal it until the end of the season.

“I know what I am going to do,” Hazard told RMC. “I have made a decision.”

Chelsea have already agreed a deal to sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund for £57m in the summer, and some believe he is the replacement for Hazard.
