21-year-old Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is the latest Chelsea player to be linked with a move to the German league after Bayern Munich submitted a bid for 18-year-old Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi in January.
According to The Sun, Bundesliga side RB Leipzig want to make a move for the striker in the summer.
Abraham is currently on loan at Championship club Aston Villa and has scored 21 goals in 29 appearances this season. He was wanted by Premier League side Wolves in January but opted to remain at Aston Villa for the rest of the season.
It is believed Abraham could be tempted to join RB Leipzig following the success of Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson in the German Bundesliga.
RB Leipzig see Abraham as a potential long-term replacement for Timo Werner, who is set to leave RB Leipzig at the end of the season.
RB Leipzig are considering offering Chelsea a fee of £20million for Abraham this summer but would face competition from Premier League side Wolves, who are also interested in Abraham.
A move to RB Leipzig would definitely appeal to Abraham if he isn’t guaranteed first team football at Chelsea as he would play Champions League football with RB Leipzig currently third in the Bundesliga.
