Spanish side Barcelona are determined to sign Chelsea winger Willian this summer, after missing out on the Brazilian last summer, according to The Telegraph.
Barcelona made several attempts to sign the 30-year-old last summer but had multiple bids amounting up to £55million rejected by Chelsea.
Willian will have just one year left on his Chelsea contract this summer and Barcelona are reportedly eyeing a cut-price deal for the 30-year-old Brazilian.
Chelsea were determined to keep the Brazilian at the club last summer and the Blues are also expected to reject bids for Willian this summer due to the transfer ban imposed on the club by FIFA.
Chelsea will be unable to register new players for the next two transfer windows, meaning the Blues will need to hold on to top talent along with promoting through the ranks.
Eden Hazard looks set to leave Stamford Bridge for Real Madrid this summer and the club might need to keep Willian.
A potential sale of Willian or Hazard this summer would free up squad space for the talented Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The teenager has been linked with a switch to Bayern Munich and has refused to sign a new deal at Stamford Bridge but that could change if Willian or Hazard leaves the club as he would be guaranteed more playing time at Chelsea.
Chelsea have also secured the signing of highly rated Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund.
