Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been constantly linked with a move to Spanish side Real Madrid and appears to be edging closer to the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
The return of Zinedine Zidane as Real Madrid boss has increased speculation Hazard would leave for Real Madrid this summer.
Hazard has raised hopes he will be at Chelsea next season after posing in an image promoting the club’s kit for next season.
The picture has given fans optimism that Hazard could remain at Stamford Bridge despite speculations linking him with a summer move to Real Madrid.
Hazard can be seen in the picture alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Ethan Ampadu.
Chelsea fans are hoping Hazard will remain at the club and wear the new jersey next season.
Recent reports have claimed Chelsea will allow Hazard to leave for a transfer fee in the region of £100million once their season is over.
It is being claimed Real Madrid have offered Hazard a weekly wage of £400,000 after tax, which equates to more than £20m per year.
Hazard has been Chelsea’s main man this season, scoring 16 Premier League goals and providing 13 assists.
Meanwhile, Hazard played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw against Manchester United and the Belgian admitted after the game that he would have preferred a win at Old Trafford.
With Arsenal losing 3-0 at Leicester City, Chelsea have our destiny in our hands as the Blues are two points above fifth-placed Arsenal and three points above sixth-placed Manchester United.
Hazard said after the game: “Yeah, a good day but it could have been better. I think if we believed in ourselves a bit more we could have scored another goal. We just need a bit more determination away from home.
“We started slowly, conceded a goal, but today we had a reaction so that’s a good thing. We played a good game and I can’t remember them having a chance in the second half.”
