Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is set to take charge of Serie A side Inter Milan following their final fixture of the 2018-19 campaign at the weekend.
According to reports, Inter Milan could appoint Conte as early as next week with Luciano Spalletti expected to leave.
Conte has already lined up transfer targets ahead of his move to Inter Milan.
According to Daily Mail, Conte wants Chelsea loanee Victor Moses at Inter Milan.
Moses is currently on an 18 month loan deal at Turkish club Fenerbahce. He has made 13 appearances and scored three goals since his January switch to the Turkish outfit.
Conte and Moses worked together for Conte’s two years at Stamford Bridge from 2016 to 2018 and Moses played an important role in Chelsea lifting the Premier League trophy during the 2016-17 campaign.
Moses made 34 appearances in Conte’s first season at the club as the Italian guided the Blues to the Premier League title.
Moses remained an important player for the Blues in Conte’s second season at Stamford Bridge. He left Chelsea on loan in January to Fenerbahce due to lack of game time under Maurizio Sarri.
Moses, whose current contract at Chelsea is set to expire in June 2021, could reportedly move to Inter Milan for £11million.
Meanwhile, Moses insists he’s happy at Fenerbahce but refused to rule out moving to Inter Milan.
“You will never know what will happen in the future. But to say it clear, I signed a contract here for 18 months. I came here to play regularly, enjoy my time. I am enjoying it now and our coach has trust in me,” Moses said.
