Chelsea star Eden Hazard has had his lips sealed about his future, as Real Madrid remain keen on the Belgium captain after chasing him for the past two years.
If feelers from rumours are anything to go by, Hazard is keen on a move to Madrid and might have just played his last Premier League for Chelsea and his last game at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard’s contract with Chelsea runs out at the end of next season and he is yet to sign a new deal with the Blues, with rumours claiming that Real Madrid have offered him a mouthwatering deal.
Chelsea fans have now sent a last desperate plea to Hazard urging the 28-year-old to stay at the club during Chelsea’s game with Leicester City on the final day of the Premier League season.
Hazard was on the bench for Chelsea’s final game of the season away to Leicester City, and only came on in the second-half.
A group of Chelsea supporters unfurled a banner calling for the Chelsea superstar to reject a switch to the Bernabeu ahead of the 2019/20 campaign and remain at Chelsea. It said: “Eden Hazard bleeds blue. Chelsea is your home.”

A chorus of ‘Eden Hazard, we want you to say’ could also be heard in the away end at the King Power Stadium during the game.
Hazard won Chelsea’s Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year and Goal of the Season during this season’s Chelsea awards, and no player in Chelsea’s history has ever won all three awards in a single season.
During the club’s end-of-season awards night on Friday, Hazard jokingly replied ‘where’s the pen?’ when asked by a Chelsea fan to sign a new contract.
Hazard was also asked after the game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday night, if it was his last game for Chelsea.
Hazard told BT Sport: “I am only thinking about winning something with this squad and this club.
“If it is my last game, I will try to do everything. If it’s not, I will see.
“In my mind, I don’t know yet so I am just thinking about winning games.”
