Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid, according to reports.
The Belgian has been linked with a move to Real Madrid all season and it is widely expected that Eden Hazard will link up with Real Madrid this summer.
According to The Sun, the Blues have reportedly agreed to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid for £115 million, with the Belgian playmaker set to sign a deal worth £400,000 per week.
Chelsea will receive £100 million with a possible further £15 million in add-ons for Hazard, who have just one year left on his contract.
The Sun also claims negotiations have been ongoing between both clubs over the past two weeks.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez confirmed this week that the Spanish club are interested in Hazard and believes the Belgian captain will be a Real Madrid player this summer.
Perez told the Sun: “We are working on a project to make people dream again, where we recover our hunger and ambition. I have already lived through this stage before.
“I have a dream that Hazard will arrive this year. Let’s make a good team this year.
“I am very interested in him coming to Real Madrid and I am very hopeful that he will come this year. He’s one of the great footballers.
“Last year we wanted him, but this year he only has one year left on his contract and it is easier.”
Hazard had an impressive season at Chelsea – chipping in with 19 goals and 16 assists in 51 games in all competitions and the Europa League final against Arsenal is expected to be his last game for Chelsea.
