Gonzalo Higuain has struggled at Chelsea since his January loan move and various reports claim Chelsea won’t exercise the option to either sign him permanently or extend his loan deal.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri could also leave Chelsea for Juventus this summer with the board considering sacking the Italian after the Europa League final against Arsenal due to his poor relationship with Chelsea fans.
Chelsea fans have been unimpressed with the style of play under the Italian this season while some players have been unimpressed with his treatment of Chelsea captain Gary Cahill this season.
Sarri is a target for Juventus after they parted company with Massimiliano Allegri earlier this month.
Higuain enjoyed his best season under Sarri at Napoli in which he scored 36 goals in 35 Serie A games and he is hoping to replicate that form by reuniting with Cristiano Ronaldo under the stewardship of Maurizio Sarri at Juventus, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport via Daily Mail.
Higuain and Ronaldo spent four years together at Real Madrid between 2009 and 2013 before the Argentine striker moved to Napoli.
The 32 year old striker reportedly dreams of playing together with Ronaldo again at Juventus if Sarri leaves Chelsea for Juventus.
