Chelsea have moved up to third on the table after beating Watford 3-0 at Stamford, following Tottenham’s loss to Bournemouth on Saturday.
Goals from Ruben Loftus-Cheek, David Luiz and Gonzalo Higuain gave Chelsea the vital three points that has boosted our top four chances.

Kepa: Made a world-class save as he parried away a header by Deeney that was heading to the top corner. Had a good game. 7/10
Azpilicueta: The first-half was difficult for him as Watford troubled Chelsea, but he did well in the second-half. 6/10
Luiz: He looked a bit shaky in the first-half but got better in the second-half and scored the second goal for Chelsea with a header. 7/10
Christensen: Looked very comfortable in the heart of defence today and was solid for most parts of the game. 7/10
Alonso: His first-half performance wasn’t too good but got better in the second-half. 6/10
Jorginho: One of his best games in a Chelsea shirt as he’s looking like he’s getting used to the physicality of the Premier League. He did well defensively and was very influential in midfield. 8/10
Kante: Came off after 8 minutes through injury.
Kovacic: Decent performance in midfield, but struggled a bit in the first-half. 6/10
Pedro: Worked hard and laid a good pass for Higuain’s goal. 7/10
Hazard: The first-half seemed difficult for him, but he was his usual self in the second-half and troubled Watford defence. Provided the assists for Loftus-Cheek and Luiz’s goals. 8/10
Higuain: Struggled in the first-half, but had a better second-half as he made some good runs to free himself for a pass, one of which led to Pedro feeding him for his goal, and it was a beautiful finish from the Argentine. 7/10
Loftus-Cheek: Came on for the injured Kante early in the first-half following Kante’s injury and he used his pace and strength to good effect. Scored Chelsea’s opener. 7/10
Giroud: Wasted two good chances after coming on for Higuain. 5/10
Cahill: Came on late in the game to a standing ovation from the Chelsea faithful.
Sarri: The team struggled in the first-half against Watford but his pep talk helped improve the side as Chelsea entered the second-half firing on all cylinders. 8/10
