All three Hazard brothers have been linked with Chelsea, and all three are poised to make moves this summer.

Chelsea Football Club confirmed earlier this month that Kylian Hazard, the younger brother of Eden Hazard will leave the club permanently.

Hazard spent this season on loan at Cercle Brugge and Chelsea confirmed in a statement that the 23-year-old will make that move permanent in the summer.

Now, the next person to make a move among the Hazard brothers is Thorgan Hazard.

Thorgan has completed a move from Borussia Monchengladbach to Borussia Dortmund on a permanent deal.

The former Chelsea player has signed a five-year deal with the Bundesliga runners-up, after five years with Gladbach.

Speaking about the move, Thorgan said: “I am grateful for five great years at Borussia Mönchengladbach and very nice memories.

“This was the perfect time to take the next step in my career. I am proud to play for Borussia Dortmund – a top club with incredible fans.”

For Chelsea star Eden Hazard, rumours of an exit still continues, but we’d wait until the end of the season to know where he’ll finally ply his trade, with Real Madrid keen on signing the Chelsea star this summer.

Thorgan Hazard was a Chelsea player between 2012 and 2015 but never made a competitive appearance for the Blues. He was sent loan to Borussia Monchengladbach in 2014 and ended up signing for the German side. It was believed that Chelsea inserted a buyback clause in the deal, but the Blues never made an effort to sign the younger Hazard.
