Chelsea star Tammy Abraham has impressed on loan at Championship side Aston Villa this season, scoring 26 goals.
The 21 year old, who has one cap for England, scored his 26th goal of the season in Villa’s play-off first-leg victory over West Brom on Saturday.
According to Daily Telegraph, Aston Villa will move to sign Abraham in a £25million deal this summer if they secure promotion back to the Premier League.
It isn’t known if Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri wants the striker at Stamford Bridge next season.
Abraham insists his aim is to score 30 goals for Villa this and he will have two games to reach his target if Villa make it to the finals.
“The aim is 30 goals and I will keep going. It has been a fantastic season, everyone has supported me and believed in me,” he said.
“When people believe in you it gives you that extra confidence. I would like to think this squad is ready for the Premier League. We have come all this way and we have to keep going.
“We are halfway there, we still have a massive game against West Brom on Tuesday. We have a great side and we will just have to find a way to beat them.”
