Chelsea have rejected £35m bids from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid for Willian, according to Sky Sports.
The Brazilian, who is currently with the Brazilian national team in the Copa America, is entering the final 12 months of his deal at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are keen to keep hold of him next season with the club unable to register new players this summer due to the ban by FIFA.
Chelsea are keen for the Brazilian to extend his Chelsea contract and according to The Sun, Willian is close to agreeing to a new two-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea rejected three bids from Barcelona for Willian last summer, with the final offer worth more than £55m.
The Catalan club also tried to sign Willian in January but Chelsea rejected their advances for the Brazilian.
Willian has been at Stamford Bridge since 2013, when he joined from Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala. He has gone on to make 292 appearances for the Blues, amassing 52 goals and 53 assists.
Should Chelsea keep Willian or sell him if a higher bid is received?
