Eden Hazard’s time at Chelsea is up after seven years at the Bridge, as the 28-year-old sealed a summer move to Real Madrid shortly after winning the Europa League with Chelsea at the end of last season.

Hazard might have kissed the Real Madrid badge during his unveiling as a Real Madrid player, but before that move he confessed that he has an undying love for Chelsea, and only needed to move to the Los Blancos to fulfill a dream.

Hazard has now paid tribute to his former club Chelsea with his new custom Nike boots.

As explained on Nike’s official website, the blue accents and lettering on are “in honour” of Eden’s former club, while the gold Nike swoosh is a “nod” to his new club.

More recently, Hazard was pictured getting off a flight in full Real Madrid training gear, but with a phone case which carries Chelsea sticker.

This isn’t the first time Hazard is relating to Chelsea since his exit. 20 days after completing his £150million move to Real Madrid, the Belgian captain was pictured helping out young Chelsea supporters at a Greek football course at Sani Football Academy, which is in association with Chelsea FC.

Hazard was on vacation in Greece but he still found time to meet up with some Chelsea supporters and posed for a group photo and then signed shirts for the youngsters.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
