Frank Lampard will be taking charge of his first Chelsea game when the Blues face Bohemians on Wednesday.
24 hours after he was named Chelsea boss, Lampard and 22 players made the trip to Dublin for a preseason training camp.
The squad that travelled to Dublin included a number of the club’s youngsters as many first-teamers had been given extra time off following international commitments over the summer.
On Monday, 13 players joined the training camp. Olivier Giroud, Marcos Alonso, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Ross Barkley, Mateo Kovacic, Andreas Christensen, David Luiz and Emerson Palmieri were among the 13 to touch down in Ireland.
The 35 players took part in training on Tuesday ahead of the friendly against Bohemians on Wednesday.
