Christian Pulisic joined Chelsea in the January transfer window, as he made the switch from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £58m.
Pulisic spent the rest of the season on loan with Dortmund and is now set to join Chelsea this summer ahead of next season.
Pulisic was one of the best players in the just concluded Gold Cup, as he scored three goals and made three assists, helping the United States to reach the final of the tournament.
The 20-year-old is getting set to join Frank Lampard for pre-season and is preparing for the intense training sessions waiting ahead by working on his own fitness during his holiday.
Pulisic did some training with his father Mark, which his dad shared on twitter.
Pulisic and Willian, who have both been away with their national teams, are expected to link up with the squad on the tour of Japan.
The Blues will fly back to London straight after the St Patrick’s clash and the players have Sunday and Monday morning off before travelling to Japan on Monday afternoon.
