Frank Lampard has named a strong side for the game against Borussia Monchengladbach; it will be the team’s final pre-season game of the summer before the season’s opener on August 11.

The Blues beat RB Salzburg in our last friendly 5-3, with goals coming from Ross Barkley, Pedro, Michy Batshuayi and a Christian Pulisic double, but the defence was again put to the test in a 5-3 victory.

Kante has finally made a return and will start from the bench.
