Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi’s contract has been the subject of discussion for many months now. The 18-year-old is in the final year of his contract with Chelsea and has less than a year left with the Blues.

Chelsea have rejected multiple bids for Hudson-Odoi, and the club has done everything possible to keep the youngster, with Bayern Munich keen on his signature.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been keen to keep Hudson-Odoi at the club, but the new Stamford Bridge boss didn’t sound too optimistic when speaking about the future of the highly rated teenager recently.

Speaking after the 2-2 draw against Borussia Monchengladbach, Lampard didn’t seem too upbeat about the Hudson-Odoi’s situation.

When asked if there were any developments on negotiations, he said: “No, no news.

“No news from the last time I spoke about it and it hasn’t been my priority to be honest.”

However, underground news seem to suggest that Hudson-Odoi’s new contract with Chelsea have been sorted out.

Hudson-Odoi had caused a stir when he uploaded a picture to Twitter of himself in this season’s new Chelsea kit with a caption reading ’19/20…’

Then fellow academy product Trevoh Chalobah sparked things up when he replied with “sign it” accompanied with the heart eyes emoji.

And now, Hudson-Odoi’s barber seems to have confirmed that the Chelsea youngster has finally signed the deal.

An Instagram post from Hudson-Odoi’s barbershop reads: “Look like we stuck together for another few years my G let’s continue to keep it HD.”

Chelsea fans have been quick to react to the comments of his barber.
