Chelsea indeed lost a superstar and one of the best players in the world when the club sold Eden Hazard to Real Madrid, in a deal that could reach up to £130m.

Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso has called back former team-mates Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata to return back to the club following their respective summer transfers to Madrid.

While Hazard made his dream move to Real Madrid, Morata made the switch to city rivals Atletico Madrid.

After struggling to impress last season under Maurizio Sarri, Morata spent the second half of last season on loan at Atletico Madrid, with Diego Simeone’s side making the deal permanent at the end of the campaign.

While Hazard went down as one of the greatest players in Chelsea’s history, scoring 110 goals in 352 appearances, Morata struggled to live up to his club record transfer fee of £60m, scoring 24 goals in 72 games.

Marcos Alonso clearly misses his teammates and have urged the duo to return back to the Bridge.

Alonso posted a year-old picture of the trio and N’Golo Kante on his Instagram story on Tuesday and wrote: “Can you come back guys? @alvaromorata @hazardeden_10”

The Spaniard also included a poll on the story captioned “U want them back?”

83 per cent of fans voted ‘Yes’ in that poll.

New Chelsea boss Frank Lampard was unable to go to the transfer market and sign a replacement for either of the two departed players due to a transfer ban placed on the club. Rather, Lampard has had to trust his academy players to fill in the gap.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.

Abramovich should look elsewhere for coach Frank lampard is not capable to lead chelsea club.I dont see chelsea improving as long as Lampard remains coach for chelsea.
Good players like marcos Alonso,Olivier giroud,Willian are left on bench nothing good will come from chelsea and this is my opinion since lampard took over chelsea has never kept a clean sheet and any chelsea fans can he or she be happy with such record?
A teeam he has at the moment lacks defence and Kurt zouma is the worst defender so far he has allowed many mistakes but he continues using him and yet there are other players whom he could use them the likes of David zapacosta

  2. How many games played so far, 5 ask urself how many of de games has Zouma started n who could’ve been Zouma’s replacement, think football n stop those things bcos a club does not use 5 games to access n sack a manager, we pray de Blue God Skip injuries from de team n leave dem in harmony to close de gap Liverpool is opening
