Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been handed a double injury boost ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.

The Blues have several players out injured.

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has missed the last four games in all competitions due to an ankle injury.

Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri has not featured for the Blues since he picked up an injury in Italy’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Estonia.

Mason Mount suffered an ankle injury in the Champions League loss to Valencia on Tuesday while Antonio Rudiger is suffering with a groin injury which made him miss Chelsea’s game against Valencia.

Ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool, Lampard has been given a boost after Kante and Palmieri were both back in training on Thursday.

Mount and Rudiger will certainly miss the game against Liverpool as they didn’t train with the team on Thursday.
