Chelsea have a number of players out on loan, and senior team members like Kenedy and Tiemoue Bakayoko have impressed on loan for their clubs.

Kenedy was on the pitch for 77 minutes as Getafe got their Europa League campaign off to a winning start with a 1-0 victory away at Trabzonspor.

During the weekend, Kenedy’s Valencia faced Baba Rahman’s Real Mallorca. Kenedy was brought on very late in the game but Baba Rahman started for Mallorca although lasted only 19 minutes before going off injured. Getafe won the game 4-2.

Tiemoue Bakayoko was part of the Monaco squad that had to settle for a point in a 0-0 draw away at Reims in France’s Ligue 1 on Saturday. However, Bakayoko lasted for 90 minutes as Monaco defeated Nice 3-1 on Tuesday night.

In the Serie A over the weekend, Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic played the full game as Atalanta drew 2-2 at home to Fiorentina.

In the Bundesliga, Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker lasted an hour for his side, Fortuna Dusseldorf, as they went down 2-1 at Borussia Monchengladbach.

Meanwhile, Lucas Piazon played the last five minutes for Rio Ave as the Portuguese team continued their impressive start to the season with a 2-0 victory at Belenenses.

In the Championship, Conor Gallagher’s Charlton Athletic were beaten for the second time this season, as they down 2-0 away at Wigan Athletic. Izzy Brown’s Luton Town were beaten 3-0 by Hull City.

Trevoh Chalobah’s Huddersfield continued their struggle despite scoring first away to West Brom and then going 2-1 up, they capitulated late on to lose 4-2.
