Chelsea have the second weakest defence in the Premier League this season, having conceded 11 goals in just five games.
Only Norwich have conceded more goals than Chelsea this season (12).
The Blues have also been unable to keep a clean sheet this season.
Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is positive clean sheets would come in the next few games.
“It’s true that we’ve scored goals but we haven’t been able to get a clean sheet yet,” Kepa said.
“We really want to achieve it as a team, because obviously if you keep one it makes it a lot easier to win football matches.
“Last year we had a few more, but I’m sure if we continue to work hard we will get a clean sheet in our upcoming games. We have quality throughout the team, and that includes the defence.
“We have total confidence in the players we have. We know we need to improve. We are just at the start of this process. We have got a new team, a new coach and there is a long way to go.”
