Arsenal are currently third on the table behind leaders Liverpool and second-placed Manchester City with Leicester City fourth and Chelsea fifth.
The Blues and Leicester have the same points but are separated by goal difference.
Football commentator Ian Darke has named Arsenal and Chelsea as the most likely contenders for the top four as things stand.
Darke doesn’t believe Leicester are good as their current suggests.
“I’m going to go with the bookmakers, I’m going to go Arsenal and Chelsea,” Darke told ESPN.
“Obviously Arsenal’s defence is a bit of a question mark.
“Leicester City, I just don’t think they’ll make the top four. They had that game at Manchester United recently and everybody said ‘yeah, Leicester City, they’re probably going to go there and win, beat Manchester United’. They didn’t, they were beaten. That was a little bit disappointing and they were flat that day.
“Chelsea, yeah, a lot of good young kids coming through, they seem to be improving for Frank Lampard so I think them and I think the goals of [Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang and [Alexandre] Lacazette will get Arsenal in the top four.”
