According to The Sun, Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is set to earn his first competitive England call-up on Thursday.
England boss Gareth Southgate is set to pick the striker in his squad for the forthcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers away to the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
Abraham has scored seven Premier League goals this season and scored his first Champions League goal as Chelsea beat Lille on Wednesday.
Abraham, who turned 22 today, has already won two senior caps but they were in friendlies against Brazil and Germany in 2017.
Abraham was born to Nigerian parents and Nigeria have been urging the striker to shun England for the Super Eagles.
If Abraham plays in any of the games, which is likely to happen, he would become ineligible to play for Nigeria.
