Chelsea beat Ajax 1-0 in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday through a late Michy Batshuayi goal.

Ajax had a goal ruled out by VAR in the first half for offside and former Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly has been left incensed over the decision.

Desailly, who is a FIFA ambassador, insists he would lodge a complaint with FIFA.

He told beIn SPORTS: “They use the technology on the rhythm of the slow motion.

“They do not take the time to put a stop and have a look at the line and the distance of the ball from the feet.

“I’m a FIFA ambassador and I’m going to show them this because it’s an issue.

“To be able to be accurate you need an extra two minutes during the game.

“I will take this to FIFA.”
