Since leaving Chelsea for Atletico Madrid, Diego Costa is yet to match his best form for the club and Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone is reportedly losing patience with the striker.
Since leaving Chelsea for the Spanish side in 2017, Costa hasn’t scored more than 7 goals per season for Atletico.
According to Eduardo Inda of OK Diario, Atletico Madrid may be forced to sell Costa in January as the striker has caused more problems than the value he brings to the team.
Inda told El Chiringuito: “Diego Costa has a problem and it is that he has filled Simeone’s patience – and a long time ago.
“That credit is running out and I would not rule out that patience runs out and he leaves in the winter market.”
