Eden Hazard left Chelsea this summer for Real Madrid after seven years at Stamford Bridge.

With the Blues just two points behind second in the table, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard believes the Blues are heading in the right direction.

Lampard told TalkSport: “I feel like we are moving in the right direction but I always get nervous saying it because it is a catalyst for overconfidence.

“The last month was good and we had some good results. We can’t forget the fact we can do much more and we need to believe in ourselves that we can do much more.

“There’s a lot of work to be done and I don’t know what success looks like at the moment.”
