Chelsea head into the international break on the back of four straight wins and have climbed up to fifth in the league following the 4-1 victory over Southampton.
Tammy Abraham was substituted for Michy Batshuayi in the second half after scoring the first goal in a 4-1 win at Southampton.
Abraham received treatment on the pitch at St Mary’s in the second half following a challenge before he came off but Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists the striker is alright.
Lampard confirmed Abraham took a bang to his knee but insists the 22 year old striker is ok.
“He took a bang on the back of the knee but he’s ok. I think he just wanted a round of applause,” Lampard joked.
