Christian Pulisic scored a perfect hat-trick as Chelsea beat Burnley 4-2 on Saturday at the Turf Moor.
The victory over Burnley helped us register a seventh consecutive win in all competitions, and a fourth straight success on the road in the Premier League.
Pulisic became the youngest Chelsea player (21years and 38 days old) to score a hat-trick for us in the Premier League after his hat-trick against Burnley on Saturday.
Tammy Abraham became the youngest hat-trick scorer in Chelsea history just last month when he scored three in a 5-2 Premier League win over Wolves.
The England international was 21 years and 347 days old at the time, but his record is already consigned to history after Pulisic topped it.
Speaking after scoring the first hat-trick in his career, Pulisic said: “I just want to be on the field, help the team and make an impact. I didn’t think it would be super easy. But I have come on a few times the past few weeks and was happy to start today, it was a special day.
“There are young guys in the team but we forget about that when we go out there. It’s a fun team to play with now and we just want to keep this run going.”
