Chelsea take on Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday evening away in Holland.
Two Chelsea midfielders have been ruled out of the trip to Ajax, having missed the final training session on Tuesday morning in Cobham ahead of the flight to Amsterdam.
According to Daily Mail, N’Golo Kante and Ross Barkley will miss Wednesday’s game against Ajax.
Barkley limped off before half-time against Newcastle on Saturday after damaging his ankle while Kante has been out since picking up a groin injury while on international duty with France.
Both players have been ruled out of the game against Ajax after failing to recover from their injuries.
With the pair ruled out, Mateo Kovacic and Jorginho are set to start in midfield for Chelsea on Wednesday.
