Chelsea came back from 4-1 down to draw 4-4 against Ajax at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
Following our comeback from 4-1 to draw 4-4, Chelsea became the third English team in Champions League history to come from three goals behind to get a result and the first since Liverpool in May 2005 (3-3 vs AC Milan).
Speaking after the 4-4 draw against Ajax, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard said: “I can’t explain the game. For all the things we might analyse back, the madness of the game, we are here for entertainment I suppose and anyone who watched that has to say what a game of football. Respect to Ajax, what a spectacle.”
