According to Turkish publication Takvim via Daily Mail, Turkish outfit Fenerbahce are eyeing a free transfer for Chelsea star Pedro during next summer’s window.
The Spanish forward’s contract at Chelsea expires at the end of the season and Fenerbahce are keen on signing him as a free agent.
Pedro has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea this season with Frank Lampard preferring younger players instead. He has featured eight times in all competitions for Chelsea this season, but only three of those have come in the Premier League.
Fenerbahce’s sporting director Damien Comolli will reportedly hold negotiations with the agent of Pedro in the near future.
Pedro will be allowed to talk to clubs over a potential free transfer in January.
