Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has confirmed Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson is back ahead of Chelsea’s visit to the Etihad Stadium later today.

Manchester City have been without the Brazilian stopper since he was withdrawn at half-time in their Champions League draw away at Atalanta.

Guardiola also revealed Manchester City will be without centre-back Aymeric Laporte and winger Leroy Sane.

“Ederson is back,” Guardiola said. “He trained the last two days without pain.

“But Laporte and Sané are injured for two or three more months. It’s the same situation. The players who finished fit, the injuries are still out.”
