Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho replaced Mauricio Pochettino as Tottenham Hotspur boss earlier this week.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard won two Premier League titles during Mourinho’s stint at Chelsea and played a key role in the Portuguese’s success at Stamford Bridge.

Reacting to Mourinho’s appointment as Tottenham Hotspur boss, Lampard admitted he’s happy Mourinho now has a job as it will keep him off Sky Sports.

“It keeps him off Sky Sports for a while,” Lampard told reporters while commenting on Mourinho’s appointment as Tottenham Hotspur boss.

Mourinho had worked as a pundit with Sky Sports after losing his job as Manchester United boss.

During his time as a Sky Sports pundit, Mourinho criticised several decisions Lampard made as Chelsea boss.
