According to The Mirror, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has made £70million-rated Lazio midfield star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic a priority signing if the club’s transfer ban is lifted.

Manchester United were heavily linked for the 24-year-old in the summer but failed to get a deal over the line.
Chelsea are ready to submit a bid for the 24 year old Serbian international in January and have already sent scouts to watch him this season.
