Chelsea got a much-needed win at the Vicarage Road as the Blues were the dominant side against Watford. However, there was an edgy end to the game after VAR ruled a penalty in favour of Watford which was duly converted by Gerard Deulofeu on the 80th minute.

Kepa: Was on vacation for most parts of the game but produced a stunning save to deny Ben Foster in the last second of the match and save the three points for his side. 8/10

Azpilicueta: Solid at the right and went forward to support the attack when needed. Good game. 7/10

Zouma: He has become a beast in defence for Chelsea and made two massive blocks to save his side. Had a very good game. 8/10

Tomori: Was generally solid and seems to have formed a good partnership with Zouma. 7/10

Emerson: Slotted back in defence for his first game since coming back from injury and he had a good game. 7/10

Jorginho: Had a good game dominating the midfield and gave a good assist for Tammy Abraham to score the first goal. He’d be blamed for not playing the ball away and gave Watford a needless penalty late in the game. 8/10

Kovacic: Another good game beside Jorginho in the middle of the park as he was sleek on the ball and took the ball forward for Chelsea and also worked hard at the back. 8/10

Mount: Was denied by Foster twice and he had a decent game in the number 10 role. 7/10

Willian: Worked hard and played a key role for the Chelsea second goal. Used his pace to trouble Watford most times. 7/10

Pulisic: Worked hard off the ball and was magnificent with the ball. Had a good game and great run in the box to score the second goal for Chelsea. 8/10

Tammy Abraham:  Gave Chelsea an early lead with a brilliant finish from an awesome Jorginho pass and gave Pulisic a good assist to score the second. Should have scored another in the first half but a good save from Foster denied him. 8/10

Hudson-Odoi: Came on for Pulisic with less than ten minutes and was a bit not at his best but added a bit of life to the Chelsea attack. 5/10

Batshuayi: Used his holdup play to help his team after coming on for Abraham late on. Did well within the few minutes he was on. 6/10

Reece James: Very late sub for Willian.
