Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley was pictured topless in a Dubai nightclub during the international break.

The Evening Standard now claim that Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is considering leaving out Ross Barkley for Chelsea’s Champions League trip to Valencia amid concerns over his behaviour and fitness.

Barkley hasn’t featured for Chelsea since October 19 due to an ankle problem.

It isn’t the first time Barkley is having an off field incident that could bring question marks about his professionalism. Back in September, Barkley had an incident with taxi driver where the 25-year-old had to be escorted to a cash machine by two policemen to withdraw money to pay a taxi driver after a late night row over spilled chips.

On that occasion, Lampard opted to allow Barkley to travel with the squad to Lille but then dropped him from the matchday squad.

Barkley is now back to training and could be set to make a return to the Chelsea team after being out for five weeks due to an ankle injury.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.

  1. Because you play football doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. He’s a f**king human for f**k sake. Or you’d prefer he wears the jersey to party? WTF!
