Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham suffered a painful hip injury during Chelsea’s 2-2 Champions League draw with Valencia on Wednesday.
Abraham had to be taken off on a stretcher at the Mestalla after an awkward collision with Valencia’s Ezequiel Garay.
The 22-year-old has revealed that he watched the game in the dressing room with his mobile phone and it was very tense for him as his phone viewing was also behind.
“It was [an incredible game],” Abraham said after the game.
“I went in the changing room and I was watching it on my phone, but my phone was a couple of minutes behind.
“So I could hear everything from the fans, the reactions and all sorts, and I was watching it and I was just shaking. I wish obviously that I didn’t get injured and that I was still out there.”
