Several players have been linked with moves away from the club in January but these are the three likely players to leave Chelsea in January:
Pedro: The Spaniard is likely to leave Chelsea in January after finding game time hard to come by in recent weeks.
The Spanish winger has only played three games in the Premier League, and wasn’t even included in the matchday squads for Chelsea’s last three games.
Pedro’s last start for Chelsea was the 2-0 win over Brighton in late September.
The return of Callum Hudson-Odoi from injury has seen Pedro’s importance to the team diminish.
Pedro’s only goal of the campaign came against Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup, a game in which he secured his only assist of the campaign.
Pedro has been linked with a move to Turkish side Fenerbahce but he seems more likely to return to Spain.
Olivier Giroud: The France international is set to leave Stamford Bridge in January in order to get first-team football ahead of next summer’s European Championships.
Giroud has started just one Premier League game for Chelsea this season and that came in August, the 1-1 draw against Leicester at Stamford Bridge.
Giroud have lots of club queuing up for his signature but it seems the France international will reunite with Antonio Conte at Inter Milan.
Marcos Alonso: With speculation linking Chelsea with Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell intensifying every day ahead of the January transfer window, the future of Marcos Alonso at Chelsea is getting slimmer every day.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard obviously doesn’t trust Alonso and he might struggle to get game time at Chelsea after his poor performance in the 4-4 draw against Ajax.
Alonso wasn’t even part of the matchday squad for the game against Crystal Palace which came after the Ajax game.
If Chelsea are able to sign Chilwell in January, Alonso will be left with no option but to leave Stamford Bridge.
Do you think any of these players should remain at Chelsea?
