Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi was handed his third senior cap in England’s 4-0 victory over Kosovo on Sunday.

England boss Gareth Southgate handed Hudson-Odoi a place in England’s starting XI against Kosovo.

When asked prior to the game about his decision to start Hudson-Odoi, Southgate told ITV Sport: “We think he has got the quality, he has got the temperament. He showed that in Montenegro in March, and we have got great competition for places in those positions.”

Hudson-Odoi’s senior debut for England came back in March at Wembley as England beat Czech Republic 5-0. He was handed his first England start a few days later as England thrashed Montenegro 5-1.
