Chelsea have suffered three defeats in the last four league games, and the losses have now opened up the top four race.
A seemingly 12-point gap has now been bridged to only 5 points, with Manchester United closely chasing the Blues in 5th place. Tottenham are 7th and just six points behind Chelsea, while Arsenal who have had to sack Unai Emery are in 9th place with 7 points behind Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Arsenal interim manager Freddie Ljungberg has warned that his side shouldn’t be ruled out of the top four race.
“No, I don’t think we should stop talking about the top four,” he told Sky Sports.
“But for us it’s about concentrating on what we’re doing here now and not look up, down, sideways.
“We just need to work on our own game and our own confidence.”
Arsenal got their first win under Ljungberg on Monday night as they defeated West Ham 3-1 away from home.
Liverpool seem to be running away with the title as they have an 8-point gap ahead of second placed Leicester City. Chelsea are three points behind Manchester City who are third in the league.
