Chelsea will be at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon with the Gunners playing host to Chelsea in what should be a massive London derby for two sides struggling for results at the moment.
Chelsea will be up against former player David Luiz who was a fan favourite at the club but made a transfer deadline day switch to Arsenal much to the disappointment of Chelsea fans.
Ahead of Sunday’s game, Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta has sent a warning to Luiz not to expect any special treatment when both sides meet on Sunday.
“When I arrived he was here, then he went to PSG and came back,” Azpilicueta said. “Now he’s a player that was very important here, part of the squad that won the Champions League, two Europa Leagues and the Premier League with [Antonio] Conte.
“We know that football changes, players move here and move there. Now he’s started a new chapter for him at Arsenal. On Sunday he will be a rival and we will fight for our teams.”
However, Azpilicueta refused to criticise his former teammate for the move to Arsenal as he said: “Football in every country is very different. Sometimes the opportunity is to go there and there are clubs, players, agents, everyone involved and make decisions that they think is better for them.”
