Chelsea star Willian has revealed that he is eager to stay on at Chelsea beyond the end of the season but has yet to be offered a new deal by the Blues.

“I feel happy here,” he told reporters. “I feel happy to play for this club but the situation is not in my hands. It’s in their hands.

“I’m waiting for them. They know what I want, what I want to do, so I wait for them.”

Reports claim that Willian’s future is his own hands after a recent contract offer despite the confusion surrounding the negotiation process.

The Daily Telegraph go on to add that Chelsea FC are unlikely to approach Willian with new terms because they believe an offer has already been presented to the South American winger.

Willian has scored two goals and has made three assists in 13 games in the Premier League so far this season, and with six months left of his contract, the Brazilian is strongly being linked with a move to Barcelona.
