Pedro has been a loyal servant since joining Chelsea in the 2016 January transfer window. The Spaniard has impressed fans with his work rate and desire to always impress. But at 32, it might just seem that his career is beginning to take that dip that comes with the age.

Pedro’s form has been below par this season and although he hasn’t had much game time this term, the winger hasn’t also been impressive in the few games he has played.

Coincidentally, in all three games Chelsea have failed to score this season, Pedro was in the starting line-up.

Pedro featured in the 4-0 and 1-0 defeat to Manchester United and Valencia respectively at the start of the season. He was also given a rare start against West Ham on Saturday and was among the worst performers in that game.

Could this be the beginning of the end of Pedro at Stamford Bridge? Already, his Chelsea contract runs out at the end of the season, but every real Chelsea fan will praise the 32-year-old for what he has added to the Chelsea cause in the past three seasons, and especially in our title winning season under Antonio Conte.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
