Pedro left Barcelona for Chelsea in 2015, and the Spaniard had a good time wearing the Chelsea jersey.
However, it seems like his time is up at Stamford Bridge, and the 32-year-old is in his final season at the club.
Pedro has found playing time hard to get this season and has lost his place in the Chelsea team under Frank Lampard. His contract with the club is set to run out at the end of the season, and there are no talks of renewal for the 32-year-old.
Pedro has now revealed that he’d like a return to his former side Barcelona and has revealed how much he still loves the club.
“Everyone knows what I feel for the club and it’s evident that it’s a possibility to go back,” the Spaniard told SER Catalunya (h/t Sport).
“I’ve always said it. It’s a club I have a special love for because I support them. I’ve had so many experiences there and was there so many years, I feel loved by the fans.
“I don’t know if it’s in the hands of the president, the coach or whoever,” added the forward whose playing time has been seriously reduced recently. “I think for them my return is difficult but it’s clearly a possibility.”
Chelsea fans will always remember Pedro for his passion during his stay at the club, especially his role in our 2017 title winning season under Antonio Conte.
