Chelsea are among the many European clubs to have been linked with RB Salzburg striker Erling Haaland following his extraordinary form this season.
Erling Haaland might have dropped a hint over a possible move to The Theatre of Dreams after being pictured signing a Manchester United shirt.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a personal relationship with the 19-year-old striker, having managed him at former club, Molde.
Solskjaer gave Haaland his debut at Molde, and the United boss is keen to use his influence on the Norwegian.
According to reports, Solskjaer met with the 19-year-old in Austria last Friday to make a pitch to the highly-sought after teenager.
Meanwhile, Erling’s dad Alf-Inge Haaland has told Sport Bild that his son is keen on a move to the Premier League.
“One day, Erling wants to play in the Premier League,” Alf-Inge Haaland told Sport Bild.
“I don’t know when the timing will be ideal. We are ahead of our own career schedule, but it is a very tough league.”
