According to Arsenal legend Ian Wright, Chelsea lack confidence and creativity and he believes that is the reason for Chelsea’s struggles against small teams.

“I think that you can see that they’ve got the players [to turn it around], they’ve got the players capable of doing it,” Wright said on Match of the Day.

“I think that confidence is a massive problem with, and creativity.

“It’s something where we know that they’re good enough to get results there.

“They need to get their confidence going, they need to find it.”

  1. Chelsea’s problems are with the technical bench “coach and his tech staff” I don’t understand why the team isn’t psyched to understand a game is limited in play time, and it’s attack that culminate in goals and defense sustains the pre-game status quo. I see creative players benched for no sustable reasons. Lampard needs to take ownership.
